Dr. Dariusz Galkowski obtained medical and Ph.D. degrees from Medical University of Lublin in Poland. After moving to New York, he completed Anatomic and Clinical Pathology residency training at New York Medical College, Saint Vincent’s Manhattan Medical Centers, followed by a fellowship in Molecular Genetics Pathology at Mount Sinai Medical Centers. He is board certified in Clinical and Molecular Genetics Pathology by the American Board of Pathology. He holds medical licenses in the State of New Jersey and New York and a Bioanalytical Laboratory Director license in New Jersey.

For several years, Dr. Galkowski served as a medical and laboratory director at the NJ Department of Health.

Dr. Galkowski is also currently a faculty member at Rutgers – Robert Wood Johnson Medical School in New Brunswick, NJ – in the Department of Pathology and Laboratory Medicine. Dr. Galkowski is also involved in clinical work and research at Rutgers – RWJMS – and collaborates with several academic medical centers and industries on pathology and laboratory medicine projects.
